Myeloma is the most common primary malignancy affecting skeletal system. Most of patients are presented and diagnosed late at disease process, so early detection very beneficial for patient management choice treatment. Multiparametric MRI with added value diffusion weighted images together PETCT had been diagnosis, treatment follow up after The study was conducted on 24 bone marrow biopsy aspiration proven multiple myeloma who also underwent PET-CT within 10 days each other.
